Why do new users receive 1,000 credits?
Every newly registered user receives a one-time 1,000-credit creation allowance for trying AI scripts, images, storyboards, and video. The grant appears in the wallet ledger and is not repeated on later logins.
How are credits charged?
Credits are prepaid creation balance. Text, image, and video tasks are settled using the selected model and actual usage. The balance is checked before generation, and unused reserved credits are released after settlement.
Do failed generations consume credits?
Normally, a failed task does not create a final usage charge. The task state is retained, safe polling uses backoff, and retryable shots remain available for an individual retry.
Why are credits reserved before generation?
Video and batch jobs may need time to report final usage. The system reserves an estimate first, settles against actual usage when the job finishes, and releases what was not used.
Where can I see my balance and generation history?
After signing in, open the wallet to see your credit balance, reserved credits, and ledger. Project and shot pages also link back to the related generation task.
